Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Behostelized. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Behostelized. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Behostelized platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether as a guest, tenant, or property owner/warden ("Users"). Behostelized reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Bookings & Reservations

When you submit a booking request through Behostelized, you are making an offer to the property owner/warden. A booking is confirmed only when the warden approves it and you receive a confirmation notification.

Behostelized acts as a discovery and facilitation platform only. The contractual relationship for accommodation is between you and the property warden. Behostelized is not a party to that agreement.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during booking. Bookings made with false information may be cancelled without refund. Properties are listed on a best-efforts basis; availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary per property and are set by the individual warden. The applicable policy is displayed on each property listing page before you confirm a booking.

General guidelines: • Cancellations made 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund (where property policy permits). • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in: Subject to the property's cancellation policy. • No-shows: Generally non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–10 business days. Behostelized is not liable for disputes arising from cancellation policies set by individual properties. For refund disputes, contact support@behostelized.com.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to use the Service in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content. • Attempt to circumvent the platform to book directly with wardens after discovery through Behostelized. • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law in Pakistan. • Harass, threaten, or harm other users, wardens, or Behostelized staff. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service. • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without written permission.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Behostelized shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. • Loss of data, revenue, profit, or goodwill. • The conduct, acts, or omissions of property owners, wardens, or third parties. • Inaccuracies in property listings provided by third-party owners. • Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Behostelized (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

The Behostelized platform, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content created by us, is owned by Behostelized and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our platform without written consent.

By submitting content (reviews, photos, descriptions) to the platform, you grant Behostelized a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
